The client, a major public transport company in Hong Kong, wants to modernise the methodology with which it delivers projects and programmes. This client faced issues getting relevant data and effective dashboards and was looking to have digital reports with daily data updates.

The client mandated Assystem to perform a review of the current quality assurance systems and processes, including process mapping. Our team led the specification and development of data extraction and route wide quality dashboards.


  • Assystem produced an automated report using system API to extract system data into a Power BI dashboard and supplementary detail reports for QA workflows including Request for Inspection/Survey Check (RISC Form), Request for Inspection and Testing (RIT Form), daily site diaries, and quality observations
  • Several initiatives are currently underway, including the introduction of BIM, digital information management, and the changeover to NEC4 contract management
