Assystem’s Graduate Scheme provides young professionals with the opportunity to develop key technical and professional skills across its core nuclear, defence and infrastructure services. With the demand for energy sovereignty and security making the delivery of low-carbon projects more critical than ever, our graduates are given the opportunity to gain responsibility and practical learnings on exciting and complex projects from day one.
Over the two-year self directed programme, you’ll gain unique insights into what it takes to deliver the next generation of nuclear and infrastructure programmes. This starts with a broad exposure across teams and customers and evolves into discipline-focused work that aligns with your career ambitions. Through our discipline-focused scheme, there’ll be opportunities to rotate through different teams and projects to help you grow your knowledge, skills and behaviours. This includes:
