Processing of personal data

General contact form: When you make a request via the contact forms, you accept that information that could identify you directly or indirectly (surname, first name, job title, etc.) may be processed under the responsibility of Assystem, with the aim of responding to your request for information and, where appropriate, keeping you informed of our latest publications in relation to your interests or your sector of activity.

Document Download Form: When you request a document (white paper, report etc.) via the contact forms, you agree that your personal information (i.e. name, surname, position and email address) may be processed automatically under the responsibility of Assystem in order to send you the requested document(s). If you consent to receive further information about Assystem, the data collected through the form will also be processed for this purpose.

Events: When you fill in a form to participate to one our events, you agree that your personal information (i.e. name, surname, position and email address) may be processed automatically under the responsibility of Assystem in order to send you the required information. If you consent to receive further information about Assystem, the data collected through the form will also be processed for this purpose.

The information processed in the context of the management of the contact, the organization of events or the downloading of documents is intended only for the persons in charge of marketing activities within Assystem or on its behalf.

Apart from these recipients, the personal data collected on this site is confidential and is not intended to be passed on to third parties, particularly for commercial prospecting purposes.

The information processed as part of the management of the contact and download forms is kept by Assystem for a period of 18 months from the date of collection.

Processing of personal data from cookies: apart from the cookies strictly necessary for the operation of this site, additional cookies that may identify you may be deposited on the terminal you are using, in accordance with the cookie policy below.

Processing of personal data related to recruitment: when you spontaneously send your CV or apply for a job offer published on this site, Assystem will process your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions described below.

If you create a "candidate" account, you agree to the integration of your CV data into our recruitment management software on the basis of the legitimate interests of Assystem, the data controller. This personal data is processed for the purpose of managing your application, including contacting you or responding to your correspondence in the context of the recruitment process. The personal data collected as part of the management of your application is intended solely for the persons in charge of the recruitment process.

We inform you that your personal data provided may be accessible by the company SmartRecruiters in charge of the management of our application software, acting as processing subcontractor of the company Assystem.

Apart from these recipients, the personal data collected in the context of your application will not be transferred, exchanged or rented to third parties. Similarly, Assystem takes every precaution to ensure the confidentiality of your data, including when such data is transmitted to Assystem subsidiaries domiciled in third countries which do not provide an adequate level of protection.

Personal data collected and processed as part of the recruitment process will be retained for a period of two years from the date of collection on this website.

Assystem undertakes to take all reasonable precautions, including technical and organisational measures, to protect the security of data collected on this site and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

Access to your data and access rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 and the General Data Protection Regulation n°2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify and modify your personal data.
