The client produces and markets low-carbon hydrogen, targeting the two markets that emit the most CO2: industry and heavy public and professional mobility.
As a leading player in Europe for the development of green H2 production facilities, the client is developing a project in France for a 50MW hydrogen production facility using water electrolysis, designed to offer a steady H2 production for the nearby producing facility.
The client selected Assystem, in consortium with its partner, as Owner’s Engineer of the Project in order to support them from the selection & contractualisation of an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) until the completion of the installation.
Project scope
Assystem and its partner are providing the following services:
- Assistance to the selection of the Contractor, through offer’s reviews & clarifications
- Assistance to the contractualisation of the Contractor
- Assistance to the permitting activities
- Review of Engineering Documents (FEED* and Detailed Design phases)
- Assistance on the procurement strategy & activities of the Contractor
- On-site surveillance of the Contractor, in both construction & commissioning phases
