We encourage our seniors to share our passion for developing the next generation of engineers by taking an active role in mentoring and supporting our juniors, as well as supporting external programmes, such as involvement in initiatives led by institutions or other relevant bodies, sponsoring undergraduate projects, supporting STEM activities in schools, or our own CRA Annual Risk and Safety Forum.  However, we also recognise that learning and development never stops and provide all our staff a generous annual training allowance, regardless of seniority.
