Your responsibilities as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer will include guiding design improvements, supporting procurement, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading complex technical discussions. Ideal applicants will have a proven track record in electrical engineering project delivery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineering teams. Experience in nuclear projects and familiarity with Hinkley Point C is desirable, but by no means essential.
We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for our Bristol office, offering a hybrid work model. This vital role involves leading the strategic review of system documentation, focusing on electrical and nuclear safety requirements, and overseeing the design of critical electrical components. Candidates should have a HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive experience in electrical design, and proficiency with CAD design tools.
