To achieve this, our 7,000 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.


In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Specializing in ESIA studies, site investigations, and laboratory research, the company offers vital site supervision owners and lenders engineering services. Notably, Assystem Türkiye plays a pivotal role in major projects like power generation, and the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant.


Job Description

  • Analyze and understand customer RPFs, developing the best technical solutions through the exploration of world-class methods and applications.
  • Manage clarification meetings with customers regarding their RFPs.
  • Write high-quality technical proposals based on customer RFPs.
  • Search, identify, and communicate with subcontractors in line with RFP requirements.
  • Work closely with the local and global technical team on the development of proposals.
  • Prepare bid quality documents and liaise with managers to obtain approvals for the submission of offers.
  • Analyze the market and market requirements, proposing development areas.
  • Support business development activities such as client visits, subcontractor visits, brown bag seminars, presentations, phone calls, and attending industry-related trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with new and existing clients and subcontractors for future business development and/or referrals.
  • Identify new markets, clients, and subcontractors, developing relationships to discover potential areas of development.
  • Track client feedback information and update the lessons learned process for new proposals.
  • Record interactions with clients and distribute relevant client or opportunity information internally.

My profile

  • Graduate from Environmental, Geological, or Industrial Engineering departments of universities.
  • Knowledge of local environmental legislations and international (IFC/EBRD/AFD/OECD/Equator Principles) environmental and social standards.
  • Familiarity with environmental assessment tools and procedures.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the sector is required; consultancy experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent English (both written and spoken) is a must, as the role requires working within an international environment.
  • Practical oral and written communication skills and relationship management with internal stakeholders and other institutions, organizations, and authorities.
  • Team player with the ability to work harmoniously with international colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously preparing several proposals for different countries.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, focusing on one task while keeping track of others.
