Job Description

Lead Control System Engineer


Staff / Contract (Inside IR35)

A Principal or Senior Engineer is initially required to deliver the appraise and select phase CE&I Design..

The engineer will be required to lead a team of CE&I engineers and designers in the delivery of design packages for current and future design stages



My profile

As the project requires the development of new waste route and modifications to an existing facility, a broad experience of the CE&I discipline areas of expertise is required, including:

Essential Experience

  • Management of design delivery teams           
  • CE&I Safety Systems e.g. ES_1_2190 and BS EN 13849
  • Estimate & schedule production and progress reporting.
  • Electrical Services
  • Pre-Enabling works
  • Understand the deliverables of each CE&I areas including Safety Systems, Envirnomental Montoring, Security, Electrical Power and Lighting, Fire Systems, Control Systems and other Services Instrumenations as a minimum.



Desirable Knowledge/Experience

•           Programmable Electronic Systems

•           Fire Alarms and Lighting

•           Lightning Protection/Earthing

•           Safeguarding & Material Accountancy

•           Radiometric Environmental Monitoring

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
