Job Description

Are you an HR professional ready to make an impact? Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a People Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Based in Bristol, you’ll collaborate with senior management to drive HR strategies aligning with business objectives. From workforce planning to talent management, your role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior management to shape HR plans and practices.
  • Guiding stakeholders through the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to talent management.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and escalations.
  • Leading ad hoc HR projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipating and addressing emerging people trends and challenges.

My profile

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated senior HR experience in a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in the full HR lifecycle.
  • French language skills desirable.
  • Experience in an international setting advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive self-starter committed to professional development.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary in the region of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum, along with a car allowance of £4,920.
