Job Description

Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Recruiter to join our growing HR team on an initial 6-month contract basis.

Working closely with recruiting managers and the wider recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the full end to end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety differing skill sets.  You’ll regularly be managing 15+ vacancies at various points of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding process at any one time.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking initial role briefing meetings with recruiting managers
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and undertaking initial telephone screening
  • Co-ordinating the interview process with candidates & recruiting managers.
  • Managing the offer process with selected candidates
  • Working to both client and Assystem processes to ensure compliance to legislation & company policies.
  • Ensuring vacancy & candidate details are accurately recorded within ATS system.

Profile

You’ll be a great recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding). You will be working within a dynamic, fast paced environment so you’ll need to be comfortable with working at speed whilst ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to spin multiple plates at any one time is essential! 

As most of the roles you will be recruiting will be engineering and infrastructure based, ideally, you’ll have a background of recruiting within one of the following sectors.

  • Power Generation 
  • Transportation infrastructure 
  • Engineering
  • Utilities
  • Construction/Facilities
