The Engineering Transformation programme has been focused on delivering meaningful and tangible change to the client project, in pursuit of simplification of our processes and focussing on behaviours which will lead to successful delivery of Engineering for site. The delivery lead will be responsible for onboarding people with the transformation package products. These sessions will consist of either sharing the material with the onboarded team members or facilitating a discussion around a specific topic. Scope includes:

• Delivering induction session for each of the onboarding team members
• Facilitating the “working in a cell” workshop; sharing known good practices with the onboarding team members.
• Delivering the configuration maturity session
• Facilitating the “HoPsCotch” session – navigating project governance

• Bachelors’ / Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment design
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Enjoys working in a team
• Good experience in stakeholder / small team management
• Good experience in product management is desirable
• Comfortable facilitating small groups of people in a discussion
• Proactive; making sure that each of the team members that are onboarded have everything that they need ahead of their sessions
• Organised – able to capture any feedback from the sessions and share these with the Implementation lead
• Fluent in English; French is desirable
