Job Description

– Create ENEI Project Management framework and manual (processes and procedures)

– Work closely with the Engineering Manager to define, organize, and drive ENEI processes to support optimisation of the global costs in compliance with ENEI Business Case and objectives

– Define and manage the project management office (schedule, deliverables, costs, …)

– Define and drive commercial and contractual processes and activities:

  • Receive, analyse, and estimate means required to successfully deliver Work Orders
  • In collaboration with the Management Team, establish TCOs and negotiate Work Orders with clients
  • Manage contract management of Work Orders
  • Secure the required resources to meet their project requirements, ensuring the maintenance of SQEP for any assigned resource and promptly identifying any personnel shortfalls or issues
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues within the contract or package. Identify risks and facilitate the resolution of all issues raised, develop, and update the programme budget, and escalate any issues to the Managing Director Ensure that contract or package contractual requirements are fulfilled

– Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and executing activities within their contract or package of work

– Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all project team members

– Manage contractor staff and interactions with numerous external stakeholders

– Define, deploy and manage PMIS softwares required for ENEI

My profile

· Strong experience in PMO (project management office) and project management. Experience in commercial, purchase and contract management and coordination on large multi-discipline infrastructure projects will be an advantage

· Experience in applying technical knowledge within the nuclear industry is an advantage

· Strong Experience and leadership

· Ability to understand quickly ENEI business case, stakeholders and organization and to adapt their ways of working accordingly

· Work experience on international projects (France, UK and Europe

· General professional qualities such as accuracy, tenacity, result-orientation, teamwork-oriented attitude, and diplomacy

· Ability to work independently, be pro-active, report on and escalate relevant issues

· Excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally

· Extensive project management knowledge and an ability to work with minimal supervision (technical or managerial).

· Lead, and implement company procedures and policies

· Degree qualified or equivalent in a Science/Engineering discipline

· Strong English and French language skills

· Discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

· Strong IT skills and proficiency in project management software packages

  • Nuclear industry preferred.
