Job Description
The Role
Our Nuclear client is seeking to appoint a Document Control Assistant to support the Document Control function.
Position: Document Control Assistant
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Reporting to: Lead Document Controller
Responsibilities:
- Manage project correspondence and documentation distribution.
- Monitor document deliverables progress and update registers.
- Act as central point for document control on/offsite.
- Promote procedural adherence and assist in EDMS training.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
- Attend Document Control Meetings and provide reporting data.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure document accuracy.
- Oversee document archiving, handover, and retention.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive approach with previous document control experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and PDF software.
- Integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems preferred.
- Entry level role.
Security Clearance: SC, sole UK National
Hybrid working – 12 days/month in central Glasgow office
