Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Business Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will involve managing the day-to-day activities of the Digital Business Unit (BU) while also providing support to the BU Head. The Executive Business Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to, finding relevant tenders, coordinating with internal teams, preparing presentations, assisting with bid submissions, and ensuring smooth internal processes within the BU.
 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Associate, your role encompasses various pivotal tasks within our digital business unit. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities presented by government tenders, as well as contributing to the creation of impactful presentations. Beyond administrative duties, you will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and submission of bids, striving for excellence and competitiveness. Furthermore, you will actively engage in optimizing internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to our team’s success in a formal and structured environment, where each assignment holds strategic importance and every accomplishment drives us forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree, Preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
