Finding solutions to climate change is the priority of the 21st century, and means switching to low-carbon energy. At Assystem, our mission is to accelerate the energy transition worldwide. To achieve this, our 7,000 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.


In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.


Established in 2019, UzAssystem is a joint venture between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Assystem in order to support the Ministry with the definition and deployment of its energy transition strategy. This strong collaboration creates attractive jobs for local and international talents, especially in project management and design fields which will contribute to Uzbekistan’s energy transition program.


Job Description

🚀 In this growing landscape, you will be joining Nicolas’ Team, our General Manager.

Your Missions:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
  • Discovering and exploring business opportunities.
  • Market analysis.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Requesting the necessary resources for the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system and to increase the commitment of the Company to this issue.
  • Complying with the emergency practices and the Occupational Health and Safety rules and to ensure that the Company employees maintain emergency and safety procedures;
  • Determining any kind of precautions to be taken by evaluating the risk of work accidents related to the Company and to inform the QHSE Manager.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QHSE management system and customer satisfaction.

My profile

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in in business development.
  • Master degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant departments (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Russian speaking is a nice to have
  • Understanding of the local energy market and regulations related to the engineering industry is a nice to have.
