Job Description

Our information management team is going from strength to strength meaning we have a constant pipeline of new and exciting roles coming available.

We currently have an exciting position available for 4d planner to work on one of the countries leading BIM projects. Staff or contract positions are available. Support will be given to people who are stepping into a contract position for the first time.

Your primary responsibilities will be to manage and coordinate 4d planning on a complex design and build project .

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Project coordination
  • Construction sequencing
  • Schedule development
  • Time-based visualization
  • Clash detection and resolution
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Communication and collaboration

It is vital that individuals possess good communication skills and understand the importance of teamwork to improve collaborative working.

 

My profile

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Academic qualifications of HNC/HND (or higher) in a engineering subject or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience from highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure.
  • Substantial knowledge of building infrastructure assets.
  • Expertise in Bentley Synchro.
