Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a strong interest in master planning, industrial design, and warehousing facilities. The role involves supporting senior team members in the design, planning, and execution of large-scale industrial and logistic park projects, from concept to delivery.

  • Assist in the preparation of master plans for large sites including zoning layouts, road networks, and utility planning.

  • Support the design and development of industrial buildings, warehouses, and support infrastructure.

  • Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.

  • Coordinate with in-house teams and external consultants (civil, MEP, structural) for design integration.

  • Conduct site visits, assist in survey coordination, and help monitor construction progress.

  • Create and compile presentation material including diagrams, visualizations, and reports.

  • Understand and apply local development control regulations (DCR), environmental guidelines, and industrial norms.

  • Assist in preparing BOQ support drawings, area statements, and basic quantity take-offs for planning purposes.

  • Contribute to design documentation, approvals, and submission packages.

My profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in industrial/warehousing projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of GIS, InfraWorks, or other planning tools is a plus.

  • Understanding of industrial site planning, loading docks, service yards, and circulation flow.

  • Familiarity with NBC norms, fire safety regulations, and green building principles (IGBC/GRIHA preferred).

  • Strong visualization and design presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple deadlines.
