We support major programs in nuclear and renewable energy, grid modernization, and the use of hydrogen to decarbonize transport and industry.


Job Description

You will lead and manage the entire HR function end to end, ensure compliance with local legislation, strengthen HR processes, and maintain a fair, structured, and performance-driven work environment. You will report directly to the General Manager of UzAssystem and provide HR support to the Kazakhstan branch when required.

 

  • Own and manage all HR sections, processes, and activities.
  • Identify, assess, and manage HR-related risks.
  • Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR metrics.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices across the organization.
  • Uphold labor discipline in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Oversee mandatory and corporate training programs, including induction.
  • Coordinate employee development and external professional training.
  • Track attendance, manage vacation schedules, and process leave requests.
  • Handle HR correspondence and required personnel documentation.
  • Support HR operations for the Kazakhstan branch when needed

My profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in engineering consulting or construction companies is preferred
