Project scope

The contract scope covers detailed design, engineering, and integration across architectural, civil, and building systems to deliver a modern, efficient, and fully functional suburban rail infrastructure.

Key Deliverables:

  • Construction of an elevated viaduct (~500 mts) & down ramp to Soladevanahalli Depot
  • Civil & structural works (FOBs, roofing systems, PEB structures, façade and finishes)
  • Entry/exit structures, plumbing, and building services
  • Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) installations
  • Full detailed design & engineering (DDE) for construction-level documentation
  • Development of all station infrastructure and integrated building systems

Integrated Building Services:

  • Electrical Systems: Power distribution, lighting, and backup supply
  • Utility: Water supply, sewage, and stormwater drainage
  • Fire Detection & Protection: Sprinklers, alarms, and firefighting systems
