Project scope
The contract scope covers detailed design, engineering, and integration across architectural, civil, and building systems to deliver a modern, efficient, and fully functional suburban rail infrastructure.
Key Deliverables:
- Construction of an elevated viaduct (~500 mts) & down ramp to Soladevanahalli Depot
- Civil & structural works (FOBs, roofing systems, PEB structures, façade and finishes)
- Entry/exit structures, plumbing, and building services
- Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) installations
- Full detailed design & engineering (DDE) for construction-level documentation
- Development of all station infrastructure and integrated building systems
Integrated Building Services:
- Electrical Systems: Power distribution, lighting, and backup supply
- Utility: Water supply, sewage, and stormwater drainage
- Fire Detection & Protection: Sprinklers, alarms, and firefighting systems
