Unlocking your career potential
Working on the task of the century - driving the shift to low-carbon energy - calls for the next generation of innovators! Assystem’s “Switchers Community” helps customers make a real impact in the energy transition sector by offering graduates a unique opportunity to make their mark across its engineering, project management, and digital business.
Acting as a launchpad for dynamic professional growth, the scheme also provides a competitive industry salary alongside a blend of on-the-job learning and formal training.
As well as becoming a STEM ambassador, life as a ‘Switcher’ gives graduates access to experienced mentors and a vibrant knowledge network, particularly through Assystem’s ED&I network. Access to wider social activities, industry events and bodies also allows graduates to establish their network in the industry and contributes to continuous development throughout the programme.
Assystem’s early careers professionals play a key role in the company’s wider STEM outreach efforts. Through initiatives such as the Engineering Development Trust Bronze Award project, graduates support high school pupils in developing and delivering their own STEM projects. Opportunities like these not only allow graduates to engage with local communities but also highlight Assystem’s commitment to inspiring future engineers and advancing its mission in the energy transition.
