Assystem ranks 2nd worldwide in the “Nuclear Plants” category of the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2025 ranking, moving up one place compared with 2024. This position reflects the Group’s ability to support large-scale nuclear projects, in a context marked by the restart and expansion of nuclear programs in several regions around the world.

Now present in 13 countries, the Group operates across the entire life cycle of nuclear facilities. A nuclear engineering specialist for nearly 60 years, Assystem draws on recognised expertise in the design, construction, maintenance and decommissioning of these complex infrastructures.

This rise in the ENR ranking also illustrates Assystem’s ongoing adaptation to changes in the sector, whether related to new nuclear programs, the renewal of existing fleets, or the increasing integration of safety, industrial performance, and sustainability requirements.

Being ranked 2 worldwide in nuclear plants reflects Assystem’s strong global position and our long-standing leadership in nuclear engineering. There is a clear and growing shift toward nuclear energy as a key component of the global energy transition and energy sovereignty, and we are proud to support our clients worldwide in addressing these challenges with resilient, low-carbon solutions.
Stéphane Aubarbier Deputy CEO of the Assystem Group

Beyond nuclear, the ENR 2025 ranking also highlights Assystem’s presence in several key infrastructure categories:

· 13th position in the “Government Offices” category

· 14th position in the “Power” category

· 22nd position in the “Transmission Lines & Aqueducts (Water Supply)” category

These rankings reflect the diversity of Assystem’s activities and its ability to mobilise its engineering expertise on complex projects with significant public and industrial stakes.
