Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission
This is a site-based role in Bridgwater supporting major nuclear construction activities. We can only consider applicants with existing UK work eligibility, as visa sponsorship is not available.

You’ll bridge design and construction, ensuring documentation, planning and readiness are fully aligned before installation. Your future team will count on you to coordinate, solve problems, and keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain discipline-specific Construction Work Packs within AS9.
  • Define scope and liaise with SMEs and client teams.
  • Ensure documents remain accurate, current and compliant.
  • Drive timely readiness, achieving >90% first-time acceptance.
  • Support process improvement and site coordination.

 

My profile

🛠 Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in engineering or construction.
  • Experience preparing and managing Construction Work Packs.
  • Experience in large-scale construction.
  • Understanding of electrical systems installation.
  • Knowledge of major infrastructure or regulated projects.
  • Eligible to work in the UK – no sponsorship available.

✔️ Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Navisworks and AS9.
  • Knowledge of method statements and acceptance criteria.
