Assystem at WNE 2025: Shaping the Future of Nuclear
18 September 2025
Assystem is pleased to announce its participation in the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE), the industry’s leading international event, taking place from 4 to 6 November 2025 at the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte (Paris). As a Platinum Sponsor, we will be sharing our vision and innovations for an efficient, safe, and sustainable nuclear future.
60 Years of Expertise Serving the Nuclear Industry
For 60 years, Assystem has been supporting the growth of the nuclear sector. Operating in 13 countries, the Group provides engineering services for major projects, including the construction of large-scale nuclear reactors and SMRs/AMRs, decommissioning, waste management, and the fuel cycle.
Every day, our 8,000 Switchers bring their energy and expertise to a wide range of nuclear projects. From site characterisation through to commissioning and dismantling, they contribute at every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle.
Highlights - Not to be missed
Throughout the three days of WNE, our experts will provide immersive experience through demonstrations, workshops, and discussions.

Assystem Stand F30 – 3 days of insights and expertise
Throughout the exhibition, meet our nuclear experts and join live demonstrations at the Assystem booth, showcasing our innovative solutions:
DAY 1
- 09:00 to 12:00 - Construction and Digital Continuity. Digital Twin and PLM: managing nuclear projects with confidence.
Integrating the digital twin into PLM provides nuclear projects with a robust digital backbone. Every requirement, function, and component is connected and centralised, ensuring perfect traceability. This digital continuity stimulates collaboration, accelerates decision-making, anticipates problems, and ensures designs that meet the most demanding expectations. - 14:00 to 17:00 - Advanced Work Packages (AWP). Reinventing nuclear construction.
Assystem combines AWP methodology, digital twin, and artificial intelligence to transform nuclear project performance. Automatic work package generation, real-time constraint tracking, and alternative scenario simulation: the digital environment optimises planning, reduces uncertainties, and guarantees safety, quality, and reliability throughout the construction phase. - 14:00 to 17:00 - Replication. 150% Design: industrialising nuclear with a configurable model.
Today, nuclear projects are too often replicated using a “copy-paste” approach: an existing design is duplicated and adapted as needed, with the risk of losing consistency. At Assystem, we offer an alternative approach: 150% Design. This is an enhanced model that incorporates all possible variants from the outset to configure the ideal project, rather than modifying it retrospectively. Inspired by the automotive and aerospace industries, this approach is based on a robust product repository, high-performance PLM, and tailored engineering processes.
DAY 2
- 09:00 to 12:00 - Digital Learning From Experience (DLFE). Capturing and sharing nuclear knowledge.
DLFE is a digital solution that capitalises and transmits nuclear expertise. Through secure AI, specialised corpora, and intuitive navigation, it helps teams rapidly access key information and enhance efficiency. - 14:00 to 17:00 - Scan to BIM. From 3D scanning to digital twin for reliable project delivery.
Assystem’s Scan to BIM solution transforms data capture and processing into a reliable, exploitable digital twin. It optimises design, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of complex facilities by providing a precise, shared view of their environment. - 14:00 to 17:00 - BIM 2 SCADA. Immersive 3D supervision in real time.
The BIM 2 SCADA solution integrates a BIM model with SCADA supervision systems for real-time monitoring and optimised facility management.
DAY 3
- 09:00 to 12:00 - Smart P&ID. Automated quality control for reliability and compliance.
A digital solution that automates extraction and quality checks for Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Within minutes, it detects inconsistencies, annotates diagrams directly, and generates detailed reports to identify and correct non-conformities. - 14:00 to 17:00 - Smart Risk Mapper. Anticipate, assess, act – rethinking risk management.
An Assystem digital solution that transforms risk management into a collaborative, intelligent, and proactive process. It draws on a knowledge base built from Assystem's decades of project experience. By analysing this data, it suggests potential risks and appropriate actions to the user, depending on the context and type of project. It helps to secure complex projects from the design stage and throughout their life cycle.
