To succeed its project, the client, specialises in supplying fibre broadband to rural areas of the UK, needed expertise to operate the seamless integration of multiple systems.
In this context, the client requested Assystem design and deliver a business process project controls solution that exceeded expectations to fully integrate time, cost and change in a single data environment.
- Full implementation of the ARES PRISM system and its deployment through the project team for use in readiness for the portfolio of projects (PRISM is a cost management software)
- Future proofing through standardisation of cost, schedule, change and performance reporting
- Integration of CEMAR and ARES Prism to manage change control through process workflows and work instructions
- Integration with Sage finance system using the Knime Analytics Platform to manage data into single source of truth
- Improvement of the client's project controls quality and reliability
