Assystem, an independent global leader in engineering and project management for complex industrial and energy infrastructures, and Amiral Technologies, a deeptech company specializing in predictive maintenance software for industrial assets, announce the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore and develop joint business opportunities worldwide.
A Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Predictive Maintenance in Nuclear and Industrial Sectors
Under this MoU, Assystem will act as a preferred IT integrator for Amiral’s solutions, particularly in the nuclear power generation and industrial sectors, while Amiral Technologies will continue to develop and deliver its software platform and predictive models. The two companies also intend to align their commercial efforts, mainly in France, jointly address selected opportunities, and explore potential joint R&D initiatives.
This non-binding MoU establishes a framework for cooperation, paving the way for future operational and commercial agreements on a case-by-case basis.
