Job Description
🚀 The Job Mission
This is a hybrid role based in Bridgwater, with flexibility for home working and relocation support available where required.
You will operate as part of an Integrated Project Controls centre of excellence on Hinkley Point C.
You will provide accurate, timely project controls insight supporting delivery across engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate project controls data aligned to agreed CBS and WBS structures
• Produce regular project controls reports with clear performance commentary
• Support integrated forecasting, performance measurement and schedule analysis
• Assist with trend, change and risk processes across project workstreams
• Provide analytical insight to Project Controls Managers and senior stakeholders
• Maintain data integrity within systems such as P6, EcoSys and ARM
• Support governance, assurance and compliance across project controls processes
• Collaborate across project teams to resolve data, schedule and cost issues

🛠 Essential Skills and Qualifications
• HND or higher qualification in engineering, project management or related field
• Proven experience working in a project controls environment
• Strong understanding of planning, cost or performance management techniques
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus
• Confident communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills
✔️ Desired Skills and Qualifications
• Experience working on large infrastructure or nuclear projects
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and EcoSys
• Familiarity with risk, change or performance measurement frameworks
• Experience operating within regulated or safety-critical environments
