La Business Unit Cycle, Démantèlement et Défense (BU C2D) accompagne les acteurs majeurs du Nucléaire et de la Défense sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie de leurs installations.
Nous comptons parmi nos clients principaux les grands donneurs d’ordre du cycle du combustible nucléaire (ORANO, Framatome, EDF), les acteurs de la Défense Nationale (CEA DAM, Naval Group), les grands outils expérimentaux du CEA que sont le LMJ et le RJH ou bien encore le programme de fusion ITER.
Enfin, nous accompagnons les opérateurs nucléaires dans le démantèlement de leurs installations nucléaires et dans la gestion de leurs déchets. Sur ces marchés, nous accompagnons également les agences étatiques concernées en Norvège, en Belgique et en Arabie Saoudite.
Pour ces acteurs, nos missions vont de la conception jusqu’à la mise en service opérationnel d’installations et participons à leurs maintiens en conditions opérationnelles.
Nous intervenons selon différents schémas contractuels, que cela soit en Assistance à la Maitrise d’Ouvrage (AMOA), en Assistance à Maitrise d’Oeuvre (AMOE) ou bien encore en tant que Maitrise d’Œuvre (MOE).
Nos experts interviennent tous les jours au plus proche du terrain dans les métiers de la gestion de projets, de l’ingénierie système, la sûreté, le génie civil, le BIM, la conception mécanique, les procédés et fluides, le démantèlement et l’ensemble des métiers de la construction et de la conduite de chantier/projet à pied d’ouvrage.


Description du Poste

ITER is a unique, first-of-a-kind project that aims to demonstrate the technological and scientific feasibility of fusion energy. To meet a challenge of this magnitude, Wood, Assystem and KEPCO E&C have joined forces to create MOMENTUM, a joint venture with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects in diverse industries including nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and mining. As construction management-as-agent contractor, MOMENTUM is managing the construction and assembly of the first full-scale test reactor to include balance of plant and the Tokomak itself. Join us and play a part in the international effort to make fusion a viable source of almost limitless, carbon-free energy.  

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for :

  • Management of technical experts that will support customer by interfacing with construction contractor to assess their support needs to efficiently delivery these through Site Wide IO Framework Contract Services on ITER project.
  • Directly accountable for the day to day management of the services provided via the General Services Contract during early phases of contract operation providing interface with the construction contractors
  • Provide management Governance across remaining site service contracts for scaffolding and for lifting equipment (crane lease and/or contract lifts).
  • Develop Succession strategy for General Services contract aligned to volume scalability.
  • Administer the contracts portfolio, ensuring parties comply with their contractual and ‘’site rules’’ obligations and responsibilities.
  • Perform measurement of work, issue of Task Orders or Work Assignments.
  • Develop Continuous Improvement Initiatives for all service contracts and amend procedural guidelines as required.
  • Review Monthly reports and reconcile all contract deliverables across all Transversal contracts and advise IO on Contractor actual achievements to enable commensurate payment ensure the performance measurement of the Service contracts and CMA Site Services management team.
  • Providing the relevant technical expertise to check Contractor compliance for safe systems of work, SQEP, equipment, processes and to advise on any emergent liability issues.
  • Implement work Monitoring Processes to include meeting rhythms, reporting and site surveillance consistent to the needs of the contracts.
  • Lead the contractual relationships with the contractors, Quality Management, Communication Management, and Risk Management.
  • Manage direct reports form the CMA Site Services personnel team, providing leadership for strategic and tactical direction.
  • Ensure SQEP team to support the lifting & handling plus scaffolding work on site
  • Form strong relationships with clients representatives and directly interacts with the IO Technical Responsible Officer (TRO) Focus on delivery, value for money and value creation activities through integrated planning and optimisation of resources

Profil

You are rigourous, experienced and autonomous. You master in following technical skills:

  • International experience managing engineering and construction support service contracts for equipment,  services and materials in a large scale project environment
  • Technical knowledge of the requirements for nuclear equipment and plants
  • Execution of projects in a highly regulated environment(s)
  • Ability to motivate and develop Team(s)
  • Worked effectively in a joint venture environment
  • Leadership of a multi-national joint venture(s) and cognisance of different cultural requirements and behaviours
  • Experience in the early transition & transformation of an organisational group  to work and achieve collaboratively
  • Experience in programme and project management including the establishment and maintenance of complex and integrated schedules
  • Have>10 years of Major international  EPC/EPC(m) experience
  • Fluent in English, with additional French preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with creative solution and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in writing & leading/ participating in meetings
  • Previous experience in contract management and measurement/ reporting on delivery of those contracted services

In addition, you have experience or master in following skills

  • Ability to lead and provide clear and concise direction
  • Technically experienced in construction site activities
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and manage Multi-cultural teams
  • Capability to understand and fulfil customer needs (that may be expressed either formally or informally) in order to obtain full client satisfaction.
  • Strong sense of situational awareness and ability to react to change.

  • Ability to work as a member of a high performance team and held to account to the effective achievement of the project end objective
