La Business Unit Cycle, Démantèlement et Défense (BU C2D) accompagne les acteurs majeurs du Nucléaire et de la Défense sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie de leurs installations.
Nous comptons parmi nos clients principaux les grands donneurs d’ordre du cycle du combustible nucléaire (ORANO, Framatome, EDF), les acteurs de la Défense Nationale (CEA DAM, Naval Group), les grands outils expérimentaux du CEA que sont le LMJ et le RJH ou bien encore le programme de fusion ITER.
Enfin, nous accompagnons les opérateurs nucléaires dans le démantèlement de leurs installations nucléaires et dans la gestion de leurs déchets. Sur ces marchés, nous accompagnons également les agences étatiques concernées en Norvège, en Belgique et en Arabie Saoudite.
Pour ces acteurs, nos missions vont de la conception jusqu’à la mise en service opérationnel d’installations et participons à leurs maintiens en conditions opérationnelles.
Nous intervenons selon différents schémas contractuels, que cela soit en Assistance à la Maitrise d’Ouvrage (AMOA), en Assistance à Maitrise d’Oeuvre (AMOE) ou bien encore en tant que Maitrise d’Œuvre (MOE).
Nos experts interviennent tous les jours au plus proche du terrain dans les métiers de la gestion de projets, de l’ingénierie système, la sûreté, le génie civil, le BIM, la conception mécanique, les procédés et fluides, le démantèlement et l’ensemble des métiers de la construction et de la conduite de chantier/projet à pied d’ouvrage.


Description du Poste

Assystem is recruiting for an Senior Engineer SSI Fire(F/H) to work on the ITER Project near Aix-en-Provence, France.

He/She will be responsible for:

Main purpose:

  • SSI Coordination (NFS 61-931 & 932) + Fire Safety advice
  • SSI Technical representative and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fire Engineering
  • Services and support to other TBs and Architect Engineer servicesKey duties and responsibilities:
  • Validation of the final fire protection system and preparation of the SSI identity files (“Dossier d’identité du SSI“)
  • Expertise support to fire team for specific SSI queries (sectorization, smoke exhaust, escape routes, monitoring of fire systems…)
  • Represent AE in front of F4E and the TB Contractor
  • Manage the interfaces between the SSI discipline and others
  • Ensures the proper implementation of the quality rules
  • Alert in case of distance or of non-compliance noticed
  • Approve the exhaustiveness of the supplies and the completeness of the documentation defined in the TB Contractual Configuration Documentation
  • Attendance to relevant meetings for each TB Contract and participate to the presentations and to the report
  • Technical link with the Système Sécurité Incendie (SSI) technical representative in order to comply with the aforementioned tasks, the following activities are carried out:
  • Respond to Request/s for Information (RFI)s sent by the Contractors
  • Answer to technical deviations (SDR) sent by the Contractors
  • Produce new inputs or deviations (Fire Engineering Deviation Notices (DN)) to the Contractors
  • Analyze the Fire Engineering Impact sent by the Contractors due to new inputs or deviations

Profil

Education / qualifications:

  • Degree or Masters* or equivalent in Engineering/Fire Protection/Detection Engineer
  • Formal training in SSI Coordination delivered by a recognized body (CNPP, APAVE, SOCOTEC,etc.)
  • Experience in SSI coordination on industrial buildings
  • APSAD I93 certification will be appreciate.
  • Member of FFACSSI will be appreciate

  • Knowledge on SSI in respect of Fire systems and associated Codes and Standards (Specifically – NFS61 – 931, 932 & 970)
  • Knowledge on preparing and/or understanding of SSI technical documentation for tenderers and contracts
  • Experience in the development and review technical specifications
  • Experience in the technical evaluation of contractors proposals (SSI Fire components)
  • Experience in reviewing technical documentation of SSI Fire components
  • Experience in development and/or review of tests procedures and operation and maintenance manuals
  • Experience in the development and/or of SSI Fire calculations (I.e. number of smoke detectors, implementation… calculation notes for A.E.S.) and diagrams
  • Experience in factory acceptance tests, site tests and testing and commissioning procedures
  • Experience on fire systems monitoring and related documentation (fire cubicle details and cabling)
  • Quality and Nuclear Safety culture
  • Knowledge on assessing Fire Detection technical documentation
  • Knowledge of the Fire Protection/Detection Calculation Software would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of application of discipline in a nuclear environment would be an advantage (ie studies and collaboration with HAZOP and SIL procedures)
  • Knowledge on assessing Fire Detection technical documentation for tenderers
  • Experience in multi-discipline working environment
  • Knowledge on providing Fire Safety advice
