Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Planner to support the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project

  • Monitor progress and update schedules with actual data

  • Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks

  • Work with project managers and engineering teams to coordinate timelines and deliverables

  • Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders

  • Support schedule integration across disciplines and contractors

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of planning/scheduling experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or similar industries

  • Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of project management principles

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Degree or relevant qualification in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred)
