**Responsibilities:**

As a Senior Project Engineer, you shall be responsible for the following critical functions:

• Oversee and manage construction projects of significant complexity, demonstrating expertise in both government and private sector initiatives across Karnataka, India, and international locations.
• Implement rigorous quality control protocols and establish comprehensive testing procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Direct and coordinate all aspects of project management processes, maintaining strict oversight of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of fast-track projects and critical infrastructure developments, including airport and similar large-scale Highways, Urban development, public utility buildings related infrastructure assignments, ensuring compliance with established procedures and industry best practices.
• Maintain accountability for project delivery excellence, with particular emphasis on construction management methodologies and quality assurance frameworks.
• Serve as a technical authority on project-related matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest professional standards.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, or Postgraduate qualification (PG) with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project engineering
• Demonstrated expertise and substantive experience in managing complex construction projects of comparable scope and scale
• Proven proficiency in construction management methodologies, quality assurance frameworks, and regulatory compliance procedures
• Strong technical acumen in infrastructure development, including highways, urban development, and public utility projects
• Established track record of excellence in project delivery, budget management, and resource optimisation
• Professional competency in conducting project inspections, audits, and quality control assessments in accordance with industry standards
