Ready to power up your career with Assystem Energy & Infrastructure Ltd (AEIL)? We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems to join our team and drive innovation in our EC&I business!
Your missions:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll dive headfirst into our most exhilarating projects, spanning a diverse range of client portfolios and framework agreements. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Collaborate with project teams to clarify and meet project requirements at every level.
✅ Lead and inspire a team of designers and engineers to deliver ground breaking work packages.
✅ Develop cutting-edge technical solutions from initial concepts to customer requirements.
✅ Create and review schematic drawings and single line diagrams.
✅ Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest engineering technologies and techniques.
✅ Produce project deliverables with precision, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
✅ Apply engineering standards and drive continuous improvement.
✅ Champion safety by adhering to H&S policies, regulations, and laws.
✅ Play a pivotal role in preparing estimates for projects and proposals, setting the stage for future successes.

My profile
Qualification/Skills to be successful:
✅ Design HV & MV distribution, protection, and control systems.
✅ Proficiency in electrical design tools (ETAP or similar).
✅ Coordinate subcontractors and manage projects.
✅ Deliver design packages from concept to commissioning.
✅ Extensive knowledge of Electrical Engineering in regulated industries.
✅ Familiarity with European, International Standards, and best practices.
✅ Minimum three years’ experience as a Senior Engineer.
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, some of our projects will require applicants to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
