Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to support ongoing project requirements. This opportunity offers a great pathway for individuals looking to develop their career within project support and document control.

This role is ideally suited to someone with strong administrative experience who is interested in progressing into document control or broader project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to document control service across a range of activities
  • Maintain accurate  records, documentation, document collation, and filing systems
  • Assist with document control processes, ensuring compliance with project standards and processes
  • Prepare agendas, and take minutes where required
  • Track project actions and support reporting activities
  • Support document management, and general administrative  tasks

My profile

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Interest in developing skills in document control and project support
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience working within a project environment
  • Exposure to document control systems or processes
  • Understanding of regulated or secure environments
