Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent for the power industry, including roles in renewable energy, power generation, transmission, and distribution. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals to support our organization’s growth and operational success within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, for a wide range of positions in the power industry, including engineers, project managers, technicians, and other specialized roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project timelines.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies such as job boards, LinkedIn, industry-specific networks, and recruitment agencies to identify and engage with top-tier candidates.
