Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission
This hybrid, site-based role supports the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems at Hinkley Point C. It’s ideal for candidates from mechanical or electrical backgrounds seeking to transition into nuclear construction.

👷‍♂️ Assist senior construction managers with daily site supervision of MEH works
🤝 Coordinate subcontractor teams to meet safety, quality and programme goals
📝 Support in developing work packs, permits and RAMS documentation
🔍 Take part in progress walkdowns and witness hold point inspections
⚙️ Help resolve technical or logistical issues affecting site activities

 

My profile

🛠 Skills and Experience
🎓 HND, NVQ Level 4 or Degree in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
🏗️ Experience in site engineering, trade supervision or construction coordination
📜 SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)
✅ Understanding of QA processes and site safety practices
💬 Organised, delivery-focused and an effective communicator
