🚀 This is a hybrid role requiring proximity to Bridgwater or willingness to relocate, with relocation support available.

You will act as the key interface between HVAC engineering, site teams, and front office stakeholders.
You will ensure effective assessment and resolution of site technical queries and non-conformances.
You will support seamless delivery from installation through to commissioning within your future team.

🔧Act as HVAC interface between engineering teams and site installation leads
📄Review FCR and NCR submissions ensuring clarity and completeness of information
🛠️Assess remediation proposals ensuring solutions are practical and achievable
📊Analyse trends in site issues and propose proactive mitigation strategies
🤝Coordinate communication between construction teams and front office stakeholders
🔍Perform surveillance on HVAC documentation and technical analysis outputs
⚠️Identify and report design or installation non-conformances through quality processes
📈Support development of KPIs to monitor FCR and NCR throughput
🔄Ensure alignment with standard field solutions and existing resolutions
💬Provide technical support to resolve queries and unblock construction activities

🎓Degree in engineering discipline with strong HVAC experience
🏗️Experience working within highly regulated or nuclear environments
📚Strong understanding of HVAC systems within multidisciplinary projects
🧠Meticulous engineering approach with high professional standards
⏱️Proven ability to deliver work to quality, time, and cost
👥Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
🔄Ability to work autonomously while recognising limitations
📜Knowledge of contractual and commercial mechanisms
🗣️Fluent English communication skills
📘Understanding of CDM Regulations and compliance requirements
