⚡️ Lead stakeholder engagement to capture, assess and refine business requirements
⚡️ Develop business cases, challenge assumptions, and identify strategic outcomes
⚡️ Collaborate with partners to design best-in-class architecture solutions
⚡️ Support acceptance and integration of new systems or process solutions
⚡️ Govern the consistency of requirements through the full delivery lifecycle
⚡️ Facilitate workshops and reviews across multiple business units and functions
⚡️ Identify and implement continuous improvement across architecture domains
⚡️ Contribute to RFI/ITT activities and support executive-level decision making

🛠 Essential Skills

🛠 Experience delivering business architecture in regulated or complex environments
🛠 Proficient in business process analysis and modelling methods
🛠 Strong stakeholder management, influence and facilitation skills
🛠 Knowledge of licence conditions and regulatory IT implications (e.g. ONR/CNS)
🛠 Familiarity with IT system development and integration in critical industries
🛠 Skilled in developing investment cases and translating benefits into value
🛠 Experience using formal delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
🛠 Strong communication and documentation skills, especially with senior leadership

✔️ Desired Skills

✔️ TOGAF or Business Architecture certification
✔️ Experience working in nuclear or asset-intensive sectors
✔️ Understanding of engineering-business interface and strategic transformation
✔️ Familiarity with scoring models, RFI/ITT processes
✔️ Strategic thinking and problem-solving across multidisciplinary environments
