Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist senior surveyors in carrying out topographical, alignment, and leveling surveys at project sites.

Conduct field measurements using surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, Dumpy Level, GPS, and measuring tools.

Support setting out of works including pipelines, manholes, chambers, roads, and other civil structures as per approved drawings.

Record and maintain accurate survey data, field notes, and measurement records.

Help in preparation and verification of survey drawings, layouts, and reports.

Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to ensure correct implementation of survey data.

Ensure compliance with DJB standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.

Assist in checking line, level, and alignment during execution of works.

Perform any other duties assigned by the senior surveyor or project management team.
My profile
-
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
-
0–2 years of experience in surveying works, preferably in water supply/sewerage or government infrastructure projects.

Basic knowledge of surveying instruments and methods.
-
Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts.
-
Familiarity with basic AutoCAD or survey software is an advantage.
-
Willingness to work at project sites and in outdoor conditions.

Good coordination and communication skills.
