Context and challenges

The client, the Vaccine Division of a leading pharmaceutical group, groups together several production sites in France whose engineering, maintenance and manufacturing technology departments required project management support on different project portfolios.

The scope included projects to revamp existing manufacturing facilities or increase production capacity, the construction of new buildings (tertiary or manufacturing), digital and data science projects, as well as international multi-site project portfolios.

In this context, this client mandated Assystem to provide PMO assignments for cost and schedule management on project portfolios.
