WORKS COORDINATION (M51)

(DTM)


Coordination in the frame of the adaptation of the Ile Longue (France) base for receiving and operating the new missile M51, and in the frame of the refurbishment and modernisation of installations and infrastructures:
 
Definition of Safety standards: structuring of the technical and regulatory information required for classical, pyrotechnic and nuclear safety and proposition for changes

Planning: Definition of schedules for 3 and 10 years

  • Identification, characterisation and localisation of dockyards
  • Analysis of constraints and interfaces between dockyards
  • Study of interactions for maintaining posture

Coordination P5S: Participation in the analysis of intervention and work requests with a view to coordinating their execution in compliance with safety requirements and Base operational constraints:

  • Identification of work and interventions foreseen
  • Chairing of analysis and coordination meetings
  • Characterisation, constraints analysis, identification of risks
  • Centralised short-term scheduling over 5 weeks
  • P5S presentation and co-validation in plenary meeting
  • Follow-up of work performed by contract workers in accordance with the P5S implementation
