Our vision: the growth to be

Today, we believe there is a new model of sustainable growth which responds to the aspirations of our time

  • growth driven by innovation, that is, the ability to anticipate trends, conceive the technologies and reinvent the processes of production
  • growth achieved with and for all
  • growth which is rich in cooperation, pooling and dialogue to optimise resources and each individual's contributions so as to boost competitiveness
  • growth which respects humans and their environment, and which requires that each and every one of us exercises our individual and collective responsibility
  • growth which regards the world as an opportunity and allows enrichment through opportunities and commercial and cultural diversity.

We refer to this as The Growth to Be.

Our Manifesto

A company of the Growth To Be works through an international network. It focuses on its distinctive skills and know-how. It delivers – owing to the quality of its staff, management style, multicultural approach, and involvement of its shareholders – products and services that bring real added value to all parties involved: customers, employees, shareholders, site communities. All in a context of sustainable development that protects resources and respects the environment.
