Today, we believe there is a new model of sustainable growth which responds to the aspirations of our time

growth driven by innovation, that is, the ability to anticipate trends, conceive the technologies and reinvent the processes of production
growth achieved with and for all
growth which is rich in cooperation, pooling and dialogue to optimise resources and each individual's contributions so as to boost competitiveness
growth which respects humans and their environment, and which requires that each and every one of us exercises our individual and collective responsibility
growth which regards the world as an opportunity and allows enrichment through opportunities and commercial and cultural diversity.

We refer to this as The Growth to Be.

Our Manifesto

A company of the Growth To Be works through an international network. It focuses on its distinctive skills and know-how. It delivers – owing to the quality of its staff, management style, multicultural approach, and involvement of its shareholders – products and services that bring real added value to all parties involved: customers, employees, shareholders, site communities. All in a context of sustainable development that protects resources and respects the environment.

The Growth to Be Scientific Committee

This vision is drawn from the collective work of a group comprised of economists, a philosopher and business leaders who have worked with polling company Opinionway and Assystem.

Eric Brousseau

Professor at Université de Paris X and Director of EconomiX (UMR CNRS-Université de Paris Ouest), Eric Brousseau's work includes research on the economics of digital business and analysis of the governance of economic systems.

Martin Chodron de Courcel

Professor of philosophy at Lycée Henri IV in Paris.

Emmanuelle Mignon

High-ranking civil servant, member of the State Council, former adviser to France’s Presidency of the Republic, current Director of Strategy and Development of Front Line, the holding company of Luc Besson, and secretary general of the EuropaCorp group.

Dominique Namur

Professor of University Management, Professor of Economics at Supélec and member of the Network Economics and Engineering Group at Supélec, Dominique Namur specializes in market finance and international industrial economics.

Gérard Van Kemmel

Director of several listed companies, former chairman of Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting France and of the board of Andersen worldwide.
