Corporate governance
Assystem has a Management Board and Supervisory Board. It is a governance model which combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a mature, demanding control function.
Chaired by Dominique Louis, principal shareholder, Assystem's Management Board consists mainly of engineers who are or have been in operational positions in the company. This philosophy stems from the conviction that responsibility is rooted in expertise and initiative.
Since 1995, Assystem has been listed on NYSE Euronext Paris - Compartment B (ISIN Code: FR0000074148-ASY). Assystem's 2011 pro forma revenue reaches nearly €850 million, of which 40% abroad.
