WORKING AND PROGRESSING AT ASSYSTEM
 
Assystem has an approach that you will not find anywhere else! A community of Engineers, Consultants, Project Managers, Managers and Technicians. A corporate culture, an vision anda state of mind that is difficult to describe and qualify because it is not something tangible but rather something that is experienced intensely each day.
 
Assystem has taken the decision to promote the collective interest: decisions are taken with a view to the medium term, and it is not considered sufficient to simply add up individual competencies. Rather we build multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the implementation of our customer’s projects.
 
Teams in which each person has freedom and responsibilities whilst benefiting from support from “the others”. Which results in a virtuous circle: competencies interlink, know-how is shared and each person finds his/her place.
 
Our management style is frank and direct, initiative-taking, innovation and team spirit may grow only in a framework of simple hierarchic links and fast decision circuits, which ensures that we are flexible with respect to the customer.

Customer projects



Diversity and customer support: this is the leitmotiv of our teams!

In the frame of technical assistance, fixed-price or outsourcing contracts, our teams are involved in multiple strategic projects.
 
Furthermore, the multiplicity of our professions and the diversity of the sectors in which we are involved facilitate diversified and fulfilling careers through operational experiences in different sectors.


Training



Our pro-active and field-oriented human resources policy provides you with the means to permanently progress.

The goals of our training team are simple:

  • Support you in taking up your position and throughout your career,
  • continually give support for the adaptation of your competencies to the ever-changing needs of our customers.

An annual training plan is implemented to achieve this. It comprises internal training sessions and external training given by specialised organisations.
 
Depending on your experience, you will follow “professional”, “project management” or “customer relations” training courses. After this, and depending on your career evolution, a more personalized training programme will be defined.


Internal projects



The Assystem Group is growing every day. Furthermore, its organization is continually changing and adapting to our evolving markets. Our personnel actively contributes to this development by participating in the management of internal projects (Intranet upgrades, management tools, etc or recruitment actions (cooptation, job fairs,etc).
